I finally wake up from my Superbowl party and the first thing i read is that Michael Phelps "be burnin".....And noone has made a big deal about it.....First of all how could someone of that recognition take a hit from the bong in plain view?.....He must have been aware of the people around him.....Unless someone took this picture through his home.....
The crazy thing about it is that noone is making a big deal about it.....In a local paper in Tampa, called 'TBT'.....one reporter wrote"Phelps deserves a quiet toke or two"....Then goes on to call marijuana a" non-government-approved substance for relaxation".....Well we are gonna see how they pursue this issue.....IF 85% of the law if possession and the rest is proof.....what more proof do you need to show possession than a picture.....GREAT JOB MICHAEL PHELPS......
