Voter Fraud by the Firms Used By the GOP

It comes to light that offices in Florida and Arizona have uncovered situations of voter fraud. Inside sources say that the firms used by the GOP were registering dead people and counting their vote for the party. Mainly in Florida, where a high population of seniors are, there were registering dead people for the last six months. The firms has been investigated on the alleged accusations for the past 5 months. No further info has been relayed.

There are going to be thousands of soldiers coming home from the longest war in American history. Some of these veterans have been out on tour for four or more years. In those years in the field, these men and women did not gain any workforce experience or skills to help them get a job in 2012 and beyond when they are released from active duty.
It will be somewhat of a shock for those Veterans to return home and hit the ground running without some type of support system. The GOP has not talked about a support system for America's children returning from war.
Providing government assistance would be one obvious thing the next President of the USA should do. To ignore these voices of the military can cause tension within our own country and may be hazardous to civilian life. For some soldiers, coming home to the party that shipped them out, for misinformed information, may not rub them right.

I just hope that regardless what party is in office, we have to make sure that the same people that fought for this country do not have to fight for their dignity and a home.

Todd Akin's Rape Comment

By now we all have heard what US Senate candidate Todd Akin said about rape. He claims that there is a difference between a legitimate rape and a regular rape. Technically, according to the Federal government, there is a definition for a legitimate rape.
Then Akin said that the female body can stop a conception when she realizes that the rape was legitimate (WTF) so it won't need the abortion procedure. The thing about it is that VP nominee Paul Ryan backed up Todd Akin. Akin since then apologized for his verbiage but not his beliefs.
When I hear women talk about this issue of abortion, I notice that finance is the reason why they would abort life. The government wants to make abortions illegal. I believe it's a woman's choice.

The GOP is really trying to control women. I'm starting to think that Todd Akin represents the party and their beliefs.

The Power of Cognitive Appraisal

This post is just to show how powerful our cognitive appraisal plays an enormous part in how we live our life daily. The way you perceive a moment in your life will determine the outcome and results of how things exist in your life.
To show how powerful Cognitive Appraisal is, I will ask you to be aware of your inner self as I present this scenario.

Let's imagine you are walking home at night and you are a block away and a car pulls up next to you and three huge individuals get out of the car and start approaching you quickly with aggressive energy.
At this point be aware of all the feelings going through your body. It could be worried, scared, prepared, concerned, inquisitive, skeptical, or other emotions that may form.

Ok so I'll repeat the scenario,
Let's say you are walking home at night and you are a block away from home and the same three individuals are beating up on your mother.

Now noticed the energy that's in your body.

Notice that how you focused on the three individuals determined the energy that went through your body

The first scenario you may have seen yourself as a victim. The second scenario you saw yourself as the aggressor. The same three enormous individuals, which were the focal point, wasn't as an important part as in how your cognitive appraised the situation.

The result of this study is to show that in life we have to avoid seeing ourselves as victims in our daily struggles and be an aggressor to our temporary obstacles.

Pay Fair Share of Taxes to Who?

One issue that is circulating through mainstream talk is the lack of taxes the wealthy have to pay in the United States. The people are saying that the rich should pony up some more money so they could pay their fair share of taxes according to the people. Where the conflict comes in is that the same government that the people are trying to shrink, is the same government they are trying to make bigger by feeding them money from tax payers.
Warren Buffet stated that his secretary pays more taxes, to the government, then he does. Well of course she does, she is doing less with her money then he is. As a small business owner, I'd rather have wealthy people invest in my company then having them pay that investment in taxes to the government. If more money goes into local businesses in the community, there is a chance more community upgrading can occur quicker.
MY OPINION: I think people should be more involved in their community and create businesses within the community with capital raised by the community.
Let's allow the government to do the job that the forefathers created them to do, to protect the people thru military only. Let us as a community uplift and upgrade out own backyards and create a more prosperous opportunity for our children in the future.
