In ST.POELTEN, Austria.....A man name Josef Fritzl is accused of imprisoning his daughter in a cellar for DECADES and fathering her seven children, pleaded guilty to incest, imprisonment and one charge of assault Monday at the opening of his trial in Austria.....
Josef denied any allegations of murder and enslavement.....He was also asked about the rape allegations......the 73-year-old man stated "Partly guilty".....He also entered a plea of "Partly guilty" to the charge of rape.....
Partly guilty plea means that Friztl contends he is not guilty of all the individual rape charges or that the violence used wasn't as severe as rape.....
Friztl faces 6 charges at a closed -door trial in St. Poelten.....
Friztl was charged in November with incest and the repeated rape of his daughter, Elisabeth, over a 24-year period.....
Friztl is also charged with murder of one of his children ,he fathered with her, who died soon after birth due to lack of medical attention....
In all, Friztl is charged with: murder, involvement in slave trade(slavery), rape , incest, assault and deprivation of liberty......
